Honeycam is a simple and intuitive animated GIF maker and editor software that allows you to capture you computer screen, internet videos, or media players and save them as animated GIF/WebP/WebM image files.

You can create an animated image by using the recording function or the importing function of Honeycam which allows users to import a series of pictures taken through a camera's burst mode. You also can open existing animated image files created by other programs and edit them to make their own animated images.

The application uses various optimization technologies to decrease the size while keeping the original image quality and uses random access memory (RAM) to increase the capturing/ editing speed, so users can make animated GIFs in high speed, with a high compression ratio, and in high quality. Created images can be directly uploaded to free image sharing services, so users can easily share animated images on the Internet.
